The word "classic" is commonly used to describe hi-fi components, but too often applied to products which have nothing to commend them but their vintage. Here at Vitavox, however, it means rather more to us. It's not just about the passage of time, but about the level of performance.

 

Not only were Vitavox systems head and shoulders above their contemporaries at the time of their introduction, but as the decades have passed, their performance advantage has remained, in step with improvements in source and amplification equipment. 

 

On paper, and in accordance with modern norms, HF extending to around 15kHz just shouldn't be enough. Regardless of their vintage, 2-way systems such as these just shouldn't sound this good. This statement makes no allowance, however, for the extraordinary capabilities of the Vitavox S2 driver. Detailed, effortless and immensely satisfying, it will leave you wanting for absolutely nothing.
